Peace Future Hope

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. 

The Lord has thoughts of peace for you.  Satan’s goal is to steal, kill and destroy.  Satan says a little bit of bad will create huge good, but Satan lies.  Satan wants to make you a slave to sin.  God wants to protect you and hide you from Satan, but you must choose God and good rather than Satan and sin.  

James 4:7

Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

God will test you.  God will also provide a way to escape temptation and endure temptation.  

1 Corinthians 10:13

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Jesus said to pray to God to avoid temptation and for God’s help overing temptations.  The Bible says pray without ceasing so talk with God regularly throughout your day.  

Matthew 6:13 

And do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

God has a future hope for you.  God wants you to join His family by accepting Jesus as your Savior.  You will be a new creature in Jesus Christ. God created you as His masterpiece.  God wants your masterpiece to fit within God’s glorious “jigsaw puzzle” so all the piece fit and work together in harmony. 

Ephesians 2:10

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.

Prayer. God. Thank You for protecting me with Your peace, hope and love.  God protect me from Satan.  Direct me along Your paths.  God open doors so I become Your masterpiece.  Help me to speak uplifting words of peace, hope and love. Amen.
