HAVE PEACE

John 16:33

Jesus “These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation but be of good cheer I have overcome the world.”

In Jesus you may have peace.  Becoming a Christian is a one-for-all event in repenting of sins and casting ourselves onto Jesus for our salvation. Being a Christian is a process of daily repentance turning from sin and seeking to live for Christ. Every day brings battles and temptations. Jesus provides victory.

When Satan knocks at your door send Jesus to answer.  Conquering strength comes from Jesus. 

Philippians 4:13  

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. 

Whatever you are going through, Jesus says, “I've been there.”  Jesus says, “I know how to get through this. I've been to heaven and I'm from there. Follow Me.” He knows and He died and He rose again, victorious over sin and death.

Hebrews 4:15

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses but was in all points tempted as we are yet without sin.

Walk and talk with God to have peace.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.

Prayer:  God. Thank you for giving me peace, strength and Jesus.  I can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me.   Jesus close the doors of temptations. Jesus help me overcome temptations.  God I am listening to Your whisper so I walk along Your paths. Jesus help me speak uplifting encouraging words filled Your peace, hope, love and truth. Amen.
